5 лет - J1 (потому, что NIH, в норме - 3 года максимум)
2 years home country requirement waver добыл - piece of cake.
3 года - H1B
Подаем пыцыцию на status ajustment по EB1 и одновременно продлеваем H1B
2 года еще - и (тьфу-тьфу) золотой ключик у нас в кармане :-)
Это что. Я знаю людей, которые после 5 лет на J1 и 5 лет на О1 еще лет 5 Green card добывали с боями.
